  Come join us for our End of Year Celebration where we celebrate ourselves and everything we accomplished this year, mingle with friends, and recognize the work of our members!

  Guests welcome to attend (additional fee)
  Catered Dinner and Non-Alcoholic Drinks will be provided

  Registration is required for this event... so we can set-up the space to accommodate everyone & get an accurate count for the food!

  Members registration is free & they can register their guests for $25 per person.
  Members of other affiliated Photography groups can register for $25.
  Non-members can register for $45. 

  

  Schedule for the evening:

  • 5:00-6:00pm - Mingle Time, social game and Gallery Viewing
  • 6:00-6:45pm - Dinner and General Merriment
  • 6:45-7:30pm - Image Competition Awards Ceremony
                            recognizing our exceptional photographers
  • 7:30-8:00pm - More Mingling and Merriment

  Gallery Artwork Display

  PPSV will be displaying printed images for 2025 Image Competition Category Winners and Best of Show Winners. We will also be voting for the 2025 Image of the Year award at this event. 

  YOU, our members, can also have your artwork shown at the gallery to showcase some of your incredible work!
  

  If you plan to bring a photograph to display, please complete the Gallery participation form you will receive in your registration confirmation email.

  Please include a list items you want to sell and include your phone number. You will receive a call with an appointment time. Special arrangements can be made for a large number of items or collections.

  Please Note: Appointments are from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

  Walk-ins are welcome, but you may need to wait for some time.

  KEH will cut a check on the spot for good working condition:

  • Digital & Film Cameras
  • Lens and Flash Units

  Please no darkroom and lighting equipment or point & shoot cameras. 

  A check will be written to you that day!
